Mongrel
A pet that is not purebred.
A mongrel dog is also known as mixed-breed, moggie, mutt (USA), bitsa (Australian and New Zealand).
A mongrel cat is also as mixed-breed, moggie, and alley cat, and by cat associations as non-pedigree, domestic cat, pet quality, household quality and household pet.
